So I feel as though I should apologize for starting this blog and then proceeding to NEVER use it, you must forgive me though as I have been extremely busy these past few months. On top another jam-packed and stressful semester (my FINAL one!!!) and working my regular job at the bakery, I also was interning three full days a week at the amazing Philadelphia ad agency, Tierney.

As I wrap up my time here at Tierney (today being my last day :[ ) I can’t help but feel both incredibly sad to be leaving, and immensely appreciative to have been given the opportunity to work here this past Spring. While at times interning was of course stressful, I thoroughly enjoyed the chance to work on projects for some of their big-name clients such as TD Bank, PECO, Independence Blue Cross and Wine & Spirits. The experience I have gained from assisting their extremely talented, intelligent and hard-working account management team has been invaluable and all of the people that I have had the pleasure to encounter day in and day out these past months have truly served as an inspiration to me professionally. Tierney is an agency that not only produces fantastic work, but one that employs great people and I can only hope to one day be lucky enough to end up at a company I respect and admire as much as I respect and admire this one!
Let me preface this by saying that it is FRIDAY February 24th, 2012.
What I’d Like To Be Doing:
1. Going out for sushi at Asian Fusion then going to see Wanderlust with a bottle of wine in tow.
2. Heading up to Penn State for State Patty’s Day this weekend.
3. Drinking margaritas and dancing my night away in Center City.
4. Cuddled under a blanket with my puppy watching a combination of Modern Family and Sex & the City.
5. Laser tagging.
What I am Actually Doing:
1. Writing a midterm (when I am not procrastinating by blogging, that is.)
2. Eating Pizza with my Dad and brother.
3.Going to the gym (hopefully.)
4. Cleaning my room.
SIGH.
I guess this is growing up? No, I’m probably just the lamest 22 year old there has ever been. Oh well, it could always be worse!
I am not the biggest fan of cats, but photos such as these one has lately having me wanting a kitten MORE THAN ANYTHING IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. Seriously the cutest things ever.

Yesterday I got the most amazing news, as I found out that I will be finishing up my BA in London from July 3rd-August 9th this Summer!! I will certainly be talking much, much more about this in the coming months but for now I guess all I have to say is I AM SO EXCITED!! :):)
As if London in itself would not be fantasic enough, I will be there during the Summer Olympics! HELLO, that city is going to be AMAZING ATHLETE CENTRAL! For all we know, this could be when I meet the man of my dreams and you all could be reading the words of the future Mrs. Phelps <3 Kidding, kidding! But still I CAN’T WAIT!
